Ingredients
  

For the Cupid Chow:

  • 6 cups Rice Chex cereal
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • cups powdered sugar
  • ½ cup valentine M&M’s
  • ¼ cup sprinkles

Instructions
 

Prepare Cereal:

  • Place Rice Chex cereal in a large mixing bowl.

Melt Mixture:

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips and peanut butter in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Stir in vanilla.

Coat Cereal:

  • Pour melted mixture over cereal and gently stir until evenly coated.

Add Sugar Coating:

  • Transfer coated cereal into a large zip-top bag. Add powdered sugar and shake until fully coated.

Add Toppings:

  • Spread onto parchment paper to cool. Mix in M&M’s and sprinkles once cooled.

Serve:

  • Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
