These crunchy taco cups are made with seasoned beef, melty cheese, and crispy wonton wrappers. They're bite-sized, easy to make, and perfect for parties, snacks, or a fun twist on taco night!
In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat. Add taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
Assemble Cups:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray. Press 1 wonton wrapper into each muffin cup. Add a spoonful of beef mixture, sprinkle with cheese, then press another wonton wrapper on top, followed by more beef and cheese.
Bake:
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until edges are golden and crispy.
Top & Serve:
Remove from oven, cool slightly, then top with tomatoes, lettuce, sour cream, and green onions.
