These crunchy taco cups are made with seasoned beef, melty cheese, and crispy wonton wrappers. They're bite-sized, easy to make, and perfect for parties, snacks, or a fun twist on taco night!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • ¾ cup water
  • 24 wonton wrappers
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes
  • ½ cup shredded lettuce
  • Sour cream and chopped green onions for topping

Instructions
 

Cook the Beef:

  • In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat. Add taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.

Assemble Cups:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray. Press 1 wonton wrapper into each muffin cup. Add a spoonful of beef mixture, sprinkle with cheese, then press another wonton wrapper on top, followed by more beef and cheese.

Bake:

  • Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until edges are golden and crispy.

Top & Serve:

  • Remove from oven, cool slightly, then top with tomatoes, lettuce, sour cream, and green onions.

Notes

Make Ahead:
You can cook the beef ahead of time and assemble cups just before baking. Refrigerate assembled cups for up to 6 hours before baking.
Customizing the Flavor:
Use ground turkey, chicken, or black beans for a lighter or vegetarian version. Spice it up with jalapeños or hot sauce.
