1.5 lbs 680g boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1 tablespoon olive oil 3 cloves garlic minced 1 cup heavy cream ½ cup chicken broth ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes chopped 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning 1 teaspoon paprika Salt and pepper to taste 2 cups fresh spinach Optional: chopped fresh parsley for garnish
