CROCKPOT RANCH PORK CHOPS (EASY TENDER SLOW COOKER DINNER IN 6 HOURS)

These Crockpot Ranch Pork Chops are ultra-tender, creamy, and full of ranch flavor. Slow-cooked in a rich sauce, this easy dinner is perfect for busy days and family meals served over mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles.

Ingredients
  

Main:

  • 4 pork chops boneless or bone-in

Seasoning:

  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Sauce:

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 4 oz cream cheese cubed

Optional Serving:

  • mashed potatoes, rice, or egg noodles

Instructions
 

Optional Sear:

  • Optional: Sear pork chops in a skillet for 2–3 minutes per side for extra flavor.

Add to Crockpot:

  • Place pork chops in the slow cooker. Sprinkle ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper over them.

Add Sauce:

  • In a bowl, whisk together cream of chicken soup and chicken broth. Pour over pork chops. Add cream cheese on top.

Cook:

  • Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours or until pork chops are tender and fully cooked.

Finish:

  • Stir sauce until creamy and well combined before serving.

Serve:

  • Serve warm over mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles with plenty of sauce.

Notes

  • Do not overcook or pork may dry out.
  • Bone-in chops add extra flavor.
