1½ lbs beef sirloin sliced into strips 2 bell peppers red and green, sliced 1 medium onion sliced 2 garlic cloves minced ½ cup low-sodium soy sauce 1 tablespoon brown sugar 1 tablespoon cornstarch 1 cup beef broth 1 teaspoon ground ginger Salt and pepper to taste Cooked white rice for serving

Place beef strips, peppers, onion, and garlic into Crockpot.
In a bowl, whisk soy sauce, brown sugar, beef broth, ginger, salt, and pepper. Pour over meat.

Mix cornstarch with 2 tablespoon water; stir into Crockpot 30 minutes before serving to thicken.
