Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients:

  • 2.5 lbs chicken breasts boneless skinless
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix
  • ½ cup unsalted butter sliced
  • 8 pepperoncini peppers plus 2 tablespoon juice

Optional Serving:

  • hamburger buns, rice, or mashed potatoes

Instructions
 

Add Ingredients:

  • Place chicken breasts in the crockpot. Sprinkle ranch seasoning and au jus mix evenly over the top.
  • Add butter slices and pepperoncini peppers with a little juice.

Cook:

  • Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours until chicken is tender.

Shred:

  • Shred chicken directly in the crockpot using two forks and mix well with juices.

Serve:

  • Serve warm on buns, rice, or mashed potatoes with extra juices spooned over.

Notes

  • Adjust pepperoncini for more or less tanginess.
  • Great for sandwiches and meal prep.
  • Add shredded cheese for extra richness.
