Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 can pineapple chunks with juice
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic minced

Optional Garnish:

  • green onions chopped
  • sesame seeds

Instructions
 

Add Ingredients:

  • Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker. Add BBQ sauce, pineapple with juice, soy sauce, and garlic.

Cook:

  • Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours until chicken is tender.

Shred Chicken:

  • Shred chicken using two forks and mix well with the sauce.

Serve:

  • Serve over rice, in sandwiches, or wraps. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds if desired.

Notes

  • Use chicken thighs for extra juicy results.
  • Add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
