  • 1½ cups grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz penne or rotini pasta uncooked
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Cook Chicken:

  • Cover and cook on low for 3 hours until chicken is tender and cooked through.

Shred Chicken:

  • Remove chicken, shred with two forks, and return shredded chicken to the crockpot.

Add Pasta and Cream:

  • Add uncooked pasta, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese to the crockpot. Stir well to combine.

Final Cooking:

Notes

  • Pasta Tip: Use penne or rotini for best results; smaller pasta cooks evenly in the crockpot.
  • Make It Veggie: Add spinach or peas during the last 15 minutes of cooking.
  • Storage: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat gently.
  • Make Ahead: Prep ingredients the night before and refrigerate. Start slow cooking in the morning.
  • Gluten-Free: Use gluten-free pasta if desired.
