Crockpot Beef Tips & Noodles is a comforting, slow-cooked dish that features tender beef tips in a rich, savory gravy, served over egg noodles. This easy recipe requires minimal prep and is perfect for busy weeknights or cozy family dinners.
Place the beef stew meat (beef tips) into the crockpot.
In a bowl, whisk together the onion soup mix, cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, water, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Pour the mixture over the beef in the crockpot.
Stir to combine and coat the beef tips in the sauce.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the beef is tender and easily shredded.
About 30 minutes before serving, cook the egg noodles according to the package directions.
Drain the noodles and add them to the crockpot. Stir to combine and allow the noodles to soak up the sauce.
Serve the beef tips and noodles with fresh parsley for garnish, if desired.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a splash of red wine or a few dashes of hot sauce to the sauce mixture.
You can substitute the egg noodles with any pasta you prefer, such as wide noodles, fettuccine, or even mashed potatoes.
If you want a thicker gravy, mix a tablespoon of cornstarch with water and stir it into the crockpot 30 minutes before serving.
This dish can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave or on the stove.
If you don’t have Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce is a good alternative.
This meal pairs well with a side of steamed vegetables or a simple green salad.
