4 boneless or bone-in pork chops 1 10.5 oz can cream of mushroom soup 1 10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup 1 packet onion soup mix ½ cup water or chicken broth ½ teaspoon garlic powder ½ teaspoon black pepper 1 tablespoon olive oil optional for searing

(Optional) Sear the Pork Chops: Mix the Sauce: In a bowl, stir together the cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, onion soup mix, garlic powder, black pepper, and water or broth.
