These Crock Pot ranch chicken sandwiches are creamy, tangy, and full of flavour. Slow-cooked with ranch seasoning and cheese, they make an easy, family-friendly meal perfect for weeknights, potlucks, or game day gatherings.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs 900g boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet 1 oz ranch seasoning mix
  • 8 oz 225g cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup chicken broth or water
  • 6 sandwich buns or rolls
  • Optional toppings: lettuce sliced pickles, extra cheese, crispy bacon

Instructions
 

Add to Crock Pot:

  • Place chicken breasts in the crock pot. Sprinkle with ranch seasoning and add chicken broth.

Add Cream Cheese:

  • Place cream cheese on top of the chicken. Cover and cook on low for 4–6 hours or until chicken is tender and easily shreddable.

Shred Chicken:

  • Shred the chicken in the crock pot using two forks. Stir well to mix with the melted cream cheese.

Add Cheese:

  • Sprinkle in shredded cheddar and stir until melted and combined.

Assemble Sandwiches:

  • Spoon the creamy ranch chicken mixture onto sandwich buns. Add optional toppings if desired.

Serve:

  • Serve warm and enjoy!
