This Crock Pot Chicken Nacho Dip is my go-to appetizer for parties and game days. I love how the slow cooker melts together cream cheese, cheddar, and Monterey Jack with tender chicken and spicy Rotel tomatoes into an irresistible, creamy dip that disappears within minutes.

Instructions

Notes
Make Ahead: Prepare ingredients the night before and store them in the fridge. Assemble in the crock pot and cook when ready.
Customizing the Flavor: Add black beans, corn, or extra chilies for variety. Use pepper jack cheese for added spice. Adjust jalapeños for heat preference.
Serving Suggestions: Serve warm with tortilla chips and fresh veggies, or use as a topping for nachos or tacos.
Allergy-Friendly Options: Use dairy-free cream cheese, cheese, and sour cream for a dairy-free version. Opt for low-sodium taco seasoning to reduce salt content.
Storage Tips: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave or crock pot.
