These Crispy Parmesan Ranch Chicken Tenders are juicy inside, crunchy outside, and bursting with ranch and cheesy flavour. Perfect as a weeknight dinner, appetiser, or party snack, they’re kid-friendly and pair wonderfully with your favourite dipping sauces.
Marinate Chicken: Place chicken tenders in a bowl with buttermilk and half the ranch seasoning. Cover and marinate for 30 minutes (or overnight).
Prepare Coating: In a shallow bowl, mix panko, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and remaining ranch seasoning.
Dip & Coat: Whisk eggs in another bowl. Dip chicken into eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to stick.

Oven Method: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place tenders on a parchment-lined sheet, spray with cooking oil, and bake 18–20 minutes, flipping halfway.
Air Fryer: Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 12–15 minutes, turning once.
