These crispy baked Parmesan garlic fries are golden, crunchy, and full of flavour. Perfect as a snack or side dish, they’re easy to make and pair wonderfully with burgers, sandwiches, or dipping sauces.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Prepare Potatoes: Wash and peel potatoes if desired. Cut into thin, even fries.
  • Season Fries: In a large bowl, toss fries with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Bake: Spread fries in a single layer on the baking sheet. Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  • Add Parmesan: Sprinkle grated Parmesan over fries immediately after baking. Toss lightly to coat.
  • Garnish and Serve: Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

  • Make Ahead: Cut and soak potatoes in cold water up to 24 hours in advance to improve crispiness.
  • Custom Flavours: Add paprika, chili powder, or Italian herbs for variation.
