Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz bowtie pasta
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup milk
  • 8 oz Velveeta cheese cubed
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon paprika optional
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Cook Pasta: Cook bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Cook Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with diced onion and garlic until beef is browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Make Cheese Sauce: Reduce heat to low. Add Velveeta cubes and milk to the skillet, stirring until melted and smooth. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika if using.
  • Combine: Add cooked pasta to the cheese sauce and toss until evenly coated.
  • Serve: Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
