CREAMY TUSCAN SALMON ONE PAN (EASY 25-MINUTE RESTAURANT-QUALITY DINNER)

This Creamy Tuscan Salmon is a rich, flavorful one-pan dinner featuring pan-seared salmon in a creamy garlic Parmesan sauce with spinach and sun-dried tomatoes. A quick restaurant-style meal ready in 25 minutes.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season salmon with salt and pepper, then sear for 3–4 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside.
Make Sauce:
In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add heavy cream, chicken broth, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese. Stir until smooth and slightly thickened.
Add Vegetables:
Stir in sun-dried tomatoes and spinach. Cook until spinach is wilted.
Finish Dish:
Return salmon to the skillet and spoon sauce over the top. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
Serve:
Serve warm over pasta, rice, or mashed potatoes.
Notes
Do not overcook salmon to keep it tender and juicy.
Add red pepper flakes for heat.
Sauce thickens more as it cools.
