CREAMY RANCH BEEF AND SWEET CORN BOWTIE CASSEROLE

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz bowtie pasta
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup sweet corn fresh, frozen, or canned
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix 1 oz
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

Cook Pasta:

  • Cook bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Cook Beef:

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef, onion, and garlic. Cook until beef is browned and onion is softened. Season with salt and pepper.

Prepare Sauce:

  • In a bowl, combine sour cream, milk, and ranch seasoning. Mix well.

Combine Ingredients:

  • Add cooked pasta and corn to the beef mixture. Pour the ranch sauce over and stir until evenly coated.

Bake:

  • Transfer mixture to a greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15–20 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serve:

  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
