1lb450g boneless, skinless chicken breast or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces

For the Creamy Parmesan Pasta:
8oz225g pasta (fettuccine, penne, or your choice)
1cupheavy cream
1cupgrated Parmesan cheese
2tablespoonsunsalted butter
2clovesgarlicminced
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsleychopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Cook Pasta:
Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Prepare Garlic Butter Chicken:
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Add chicken pieces, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook until golden and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove chicken and set aside.
Make Creamy Parmesan Sauce:
In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute. Pour in heavy cream, bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper.
Combine:
Add cooked pasta and chicken bites to the sauce. Toss well to coat everything evenly.
Serve:
