Ingredients
  

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • ½ cup cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup salsa
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 8 small flour tortillas

Instructions
 

Prepare Oven:

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lightly spray with cooking spray.

Prepare Filling:

  • In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, salsa, garlic powder, and onion powder until combined.

Assemble Taquitos:

  • Place 2–3 tablespoons of filling onto each tortilla and roll tightly. Arrange seam side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake Taquitos:

  • Lightly spray the tops with cooking spray and bake 18–20 minutes, until golden and crispy.

Serve:

  • Serve warm with additional salsa, sour cream, or guacamole if desired.
