Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz rotini pasta
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 jalapeños seeded and finely chopped
  • 4 slices cooked bacon crumbled
  • ½ cup chopped green onions
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Cook Pasta:

  • Cook rotini according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water. Set aside.

Make Dressing:

  • In a large bowl, mix cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

Combine Salad:

  • Add cooked pasta, shredded cheddar, jalapeños, bacon, and green onions. Toss until evenly coated.
