Creamy Cajun Chicken Tortellini is a rich, spicy pasta dish filled with cheesy tortellini and tender chicken in a bold, creamy sauce. It’s a one-pan dinner that’s quick, satisfying, and full of flavour.
Toss chicken with Cajun seasoning. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Sauté Garlic:
In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
Make Sauce:
Add cream and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer and stir in Parmesan cheese. Cook for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
Add Tortellini:
Add cheese tortellini to the skillet and cook according to package directions (usually 4–5 minutes), stirring occasionally.
Finish Dish:
Return cooked chicken to the skillet. Stir in spinach (if using) and cook until wilted. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve:
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
