Creamy Baked Gnocchi is soft, cheesy, and full of comfort. Tossed in a rich garlic cream sauce and baked until golden, it’s a perfect easy dinner for weeknights or cosy family meals.
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a medium baking dish.
Cook Gnocchi:
Boil gnocchi according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Make Cream Sauce:
In a large skillet, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Pour in cream and broth, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Simmer 2–3 minutes.
Combine and Assemble:
Stir gnocchi into the sauce. Mix in mozzarella. Transfer everything to the baking dish and top with Parmesan.
Bake:
Bake uncovered for 15–20 minutes until bubbly and golden. Garnish with parsley or red pepper flakes if desired.
