Ingredients
  

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup diced ham or turkey
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions
  • ¼ cup diced bell peppers
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, ham or turkey, green onions, bell peppers, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread an even layer of the mixture onto each tortilla.
  • Roll up the tortillas tightly and wrap them in plastic wrap.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
  • Slice each tortilla roll into 1-inch pieces and serve.
