Cranberry Relish is a fresh, tangy, and slightly sweet condiment made from cranberries and citrus. Perfect for holiday meals and roasted meats.

Ingredients
  

For the Relish:

  • 12 oz fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 orange zest and juice
  • ½ cup chopped pecans optional
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon optional

Instructions
 

Chop Cranberries:

  • In a food processor, pulse cranberries until coarsely chopped.

Mix Ingredients:

  • Add sugar, orange zest, and juice. Pulse until combined but still slightly chunky.

Chill and Serve:

  • Transfer to a bowl and stir in pecans and cinnamon if using. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.

  • Make Ahead: Can be prepared a day in advance for convenience.
