Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup dried cranberries chopped and divided
  • 1 cup chopped pecans divided
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions optional
  • Crackers or pretzels for serving

Instructions
 

Mix the Cheese Ball:

  • In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until smooth and creamy.

Add Flavor:

  • Stir in ½ cup cranberries, ½ cup pecans, and green onions (if using). Mix well.

Shape and Chill:

  • Form mixture into a ball. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.

Roll in Toppings:

  • Before serving, mix remaining cranberries and pecans on a plate. Unwrap the cheese ball and roll it in the cranberry-pecan mixture to coat.

Serve:

  • Place on a serving platter with crackers or pretzels around it. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
