CRANBERRY BRIE BITES

Cranberry Brie Bites are a festive and easy-to-make appetizer. Made with crescent dough, creamy brie, and sweet-tart cranberry sauce, they’re perfect for Christmas parties or holiday snacking.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 sheet crescent roll dough or puff pastry
  • 6 oz brie cheese rind removed and cubed
  • ½ cup whole berry cranberry sauce
  • ¼ cup chopped pecans optional
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary finely chopped
  • Cooking spray or melted butter for greasing

Instructions
 

Prep Oven and Pan:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a mini muffin tin.

Cut the Dough:

  • Roll out the crescent dough and cut into 24 even squares. Press each square into a muffin cup.

Add Brie:

  • Place a cube of brie in each dough cup.

Add Cranberry Sauce:

  • Top with 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce and a pinch of chopped pecans, if using.

Bake:

  • Bake for 12–15 minutes or until the dough is golden and cheese is melted.

Garnish:

  • Remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh rosemary. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Customise: Add a dab of honey or orange zest for extra flair.
  • Make Ahead: Assemble ahead and refrigerate until ready to bake.
  • No Muffin Tin? Use parchment-lined baking sheets with space between bites.
