These easy Crackers Party Sandwiches are perfect for gatherings. Filled with creamy, savoury spreads and sandwiched between crispy crackers, they’re bite-sized, make-ahead, and totally customizable with different cheeses, meats, or vegetarian fillings.

Ingredients
  

  • 40 round buttery crackers like Ritz
  • ½ cup cream cheese softened
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup finely chopped green onions or chives
  • ½ cup finely chopped cooked ham chicken, or turkey (optional)
  • Sliced olives or pickles for topping optional

Instructions
 

Make the Filling:

  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until smooth. Stir in chopped green onions and meat (if using).

Assemble Sandwiches:

  • Spread about 1 teaspoon of filling onto one cracker. Top with another cracker to make a sandwich. Repeat with remaining crackers and filling.

Garnish (Optional):

  • Top each sandwich with a small slice of olive or pickle. Secure with a decorative toothpick if desired.

Chill Before Serving:

  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to blend and sandwiches to firm up.
