Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs baby potatoes, halved or quartered
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Potatoes:Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the halved or quartered baby potatoes on a baking sheet.
  • Season:Drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat the potatoes evenly.
  • Bake:Bake the potatoes for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and tender. Stir halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  • Top with Toppings:Once cooked, sprinkle the potatoes with shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and green onions. Return to the oven for 5 minutes until the cheese melts.
  • Serve:Top with a dollop of sour cream and serve warm.
