  • 1 box 18 oz brownie mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: chocolate chips nuts, or sprinkles

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Make the Dough:

  • In a large bowl, mix brownie mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla until combined. Stir in optional add-ins if desired.

Shape the Cookies:

  • Drop spoonfuls of dough (about 1 tablespoon each) onto the baking sheet, spacing 2 inches apart.

Bake:

  • Bake for 10–12 minutes or until edges are set but centers are still soft. Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
