Ingredients

  • 1 can 8 oz crescent roll dough
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

Step 1 – Preheat the Oven:

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease or line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2 – Prepare the Dough:

  • Unroll the crescent roll dough and arrange it on the baking sheet, pressing the seams together to form a rectangle.

Step 3 – Add Cinnamon-Sugar:

  • In a small bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon together. Brush the dough with melted butter, then sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over the dough.

Step 4 – Bake the Pizza:

  • Bake for 12–15 minutes or until the dough is golden and the sugar is melted. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.

Step 5 – Make the Glaze:

  • In a small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth. Drizzle over the warm pizza.

Step 6 – Slice and Serve:

  • Slice into 8 pieces and serve while still warm.

Notes

  • Quick Option: Use pre-made frosting instead of making your own glaze.
  • Flavor Twist: Add a pinch of nutmeg or ginger to the cinnamon-sugar mixture for extra flavor.
  • Dairy-Free: Substitute the butter with a dairy-free butter alternative and use a dairy-free milk for the glaze.
  • Make It a Full Meal: Top the cinnamon-sugar pizza with fresh fruit like strawberries or bananas for added sweetness.
