Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon fillets 6 oz each
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • Zest and juice of 1 orange
  • Zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Prepare the Oven:

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Make the Glaze:

  • In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, orange zest and juice, lemon zest and juice, dill, parsley, salt, and pepper.

Season the Salmon:

  • Place salmon fillets on the baking tray and brush generously with the citrus herb glaze.

Bake:

  • Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Serve:

  • Serve immediately, garnished with extra fresh herbs and citrus slices if desired.
