In a large bowl, beat the butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy. Mix in the vanilla.
Add Dry Ingredients:
Gradually add flour, cornstarch, and salt. Mix until a soft dough forms.
Chill the Dough:
Cover and refrigerate dough for 30 minutes.
Shape and Bake:
