Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup marinara sauce for serving

Instructions
 

Preheat Oven:

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mix Ingredients:

  • In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, onion, garlic, eggs, milk, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.

Shape Meatballs:

  • Form mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake:

  • Bake for 20–25 minutes or until cooked through and browned.

Serve:

  • Serve meatballs warm with marinara sauce or as desired.
