Ingredients
  

For the Cookies:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup red and green M&Ms
  • ¾ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup chopped pretzels
  • ½ cup toffee bits
  • Optional: chopped pecans or festive sprinkles

Instructions
 

Preheat Oven:

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cream Butter and Sugars:

  • In a large bowl, beat together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.

Add Wet Ingredients:

  • Mix in eggs and vanilla extract until well combined.

Combine Dry Ingredients:

  • In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.

Add Mix-Ins:

  • Fold in M&Ms, chocolate chips, pretzels, toffee bits, and any optional extras.

Shape and Bake:

  • Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the baking sheet, spacing 2 inches apart. Bake for 10–12 minutes, until edges are golden. Cool on a wire rack.
