Ingredients
  

  • 6 cups whole milk
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup milk chocolate chips
  • Pinch of salt
  • Whipped cream mini marshmallows, or crushed peppermint (for serving)

Instructions
 

Add Ingredients to Crockpot:

  • Pour milk, heavy cream, and sweetened condensed milk into the crockpot. Stir in vanilla extract, chocolate chips, and a pinch of salt.

Heat:

  • Cover and cook on low for 2 hours, stirring occasionally, until chocolate is fully melted and mixture is smooth and creamy.

Serve:

  • Ladle into mugs and top with whipped cream, marshmallows, or crushed peppermint candy.

Notes

You can prepare the mix in advance and refrigerate it, then reheat in the crockpot before serving.
