2 large eggs 1 cup sugar 1 cup eggnog ½ cup unsalted butter melted 1 teaspoon rum extract or vanilla 2¼ cups all-purpose flour 2 teaspoons baking powder ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg ½ teaspoon salt For Glaze: ½ cup powdered sugar 2 –3 tablespoons eggnog Pinch of nutmeg optional
