Ingredients
  

  • 1 can 20 oz crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 package 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tub 8 oz whipped topping
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup maraschino cherries chopped (reserve some for garnish)
  • ½ cup chopped pecans optional

Instructions
 

Prepare the Base:

  • In a large mixing bowl, blend the cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until smooth and creamy.

Add Pineapple and Marshmallows:

  • Stir in the drained crushed pineapple and mini marshmallows, mixing well.

Fold in Whipped Topping:

  • Gently fold the whipped topping into the mixture until everything is fully combined.

Add Cherries and Nuts:

  • Fold in the chopped maraschino cherries and chopped pecans, if using.

Chill:

  • Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until chilled.

Garnish:

  • Before serving, garnish with reserved cherries on top for a festive touch.
