1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs ¼ cup granulated sugar 6 tablespoons unsalted butter melted 16 oz cream cheese softened ½ cup granulated sugar 2 large eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract ½ cup heavy cream 1 cup fresh strawberries ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate melted

Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
