Delicious chocolate chip ice cream pops are easy to make and perfect for a refreshing treat. Creamy, crunchy, and kid-friendly dessert for summer days.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream softened
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips
  • 6 popsicle sticks
  • Optional: melted chocolate or sprinkles for decoration

Instructions
 

Soften ice cream:

  • Let the vanilla ice cream sit at room temperature for about 5 minutes until soft enough to stir.

Mix chocolate chips:

  • Gently fold the mini chocolate chips into the softened ice cream.

Fill molds:

  • Spoon the ice cream mixture evenly into 6 popsicle molds or small paper cups.

Insert sticks:

  • Insert a popsicle stick into each mold or cup.

Freeze:

  • Place the molds in the freezer for at least 4 hours or until fully frozen.

Serve:

  • To unmold, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds. Enjoy immediately!

Notes

  • For a dairy-free version, use coconut milk or almond milk-based ice cream.
  • Add crushed nuts or swirl in caramel sauce for extra flavor.
  • These pops are great for parties and easy to customize with your favorite ice cream flavors.
  • Store leftover pops in the freezer in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
