Ingredients
  

For the Nachos:

  • 4 cups tortilla chips
  • 1 cup cooked ground beef or chili
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup jalapenos, sliced optional
  • ¼ cup sour cream optional for topping
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions optional

Instructions
 

Prepare Chips:

  • Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Spread tortilla chips evenly on a baking sheet or oven-safe dish.

Add Toppings:

  • Top chips with cooked ground beef or chili, then sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.

Bake Nachos:

  • Add sliced jalapenos if desired. Bake in preheated oven for 8–10 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Serve:

  • Remove from oven and top with sour cream and green onions if desired. Serve immediately.
