  • 1 lb chicken breast sliced into strips
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 broccoli florets
  • 1 carrot sliced thin
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch optional, for thickening
  • 2 tablespoons water optional, for sauce

Instructions
 

Heat Oil

  • Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Sauté Aromatics

  • Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Cook Chicken

  • Add chicken strips and cook 5–6 minutes until no longer pink.

Add Vegetables

  • Add bell pepper, broccoli, and carrot. Stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.

Add Sauce

  • Stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and optional cornstarch with water. Cook 1–2 minutes until sauce thickens.

Serve

  • Serve hot over steamed rice or noodles.
