I love making these crispy chicken pakoras for my family—they're golden, juicy inside, and packed with aromatic spices like garam masala and coriander. These bite-sized fritters come together in under 30 minutes and are the perfect tea-time snack or appetizer that everyone requests.
1 Deep Pot or Fryer for frying the chicken pakora.
1 Bowls for mixing
1 Whisk or Fork to mix the batter ingredients
1 Slotted Spoon for removing the chicken pakora
1 Knife and Cutting Board to cut the chicken or prepare any other ingredients.
Ingredients
2piecesGreen chili: Green chili adds a kick to the chicken pakoras. When added finely chopped.it won't overpower the flavor.
30gramsChickpea flourbesan: Chickpea flour, or gram flour, is ideal for this recipe. It makes the perfect crispy pakoras.

150gramsChickencubed: The main ingredient is boneless chicken cut into small bite-size pieces.

Instructions
Begin by cutting the chicken into bite-sized cubes.
In a bowl, combine the chicken cubes with all the dry ingredients, including the onion and green chilies.
Gradually add the water and stir until a thick, slightly sticky batter forms. Mix as you add water; you don't want the mixture to become too runny. The perfect, thick, and smooth batter is the key to a great crunchy pakora. So ensure that it is the best consistency for pakoras
Heat oil in a deep pan or wok over medium-low heat.
Dip the chicken cubes in the batter and carefully place them in hot oil. Fry the chicken chunks until golden brown, ensuring they are cooked through. Turn them over occasionally while frying.
Using a slotted spoon remove the crispy pakoras from the oil and let them drain on paper towels.
Repeat the frying process for the remaining batter and chicken.
