Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb 450g boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups cooked rice or quinoa
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup cucumber diced
  • ½ cup red onion thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup feta cheese crumbled
  • ½ cup tzatziki sauce
  • Optional: pita bread fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Season Chicken: In a bowl, toss chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • Cook Chicken: Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken 5–7 minutes per side until cooked through and slightly golden.
  • Assemble Bowls: Divide rice or quinoa among bowls. Top with cooked chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and feta.
  • Add Sauce: Drizzle with tzatziki sauce and garnish with parsley. Serve with pita bread if desired.
