Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb pizza dough store-bought or homemade
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast shredded or diced
  • 6 slices deli ham
  • 1 ½ cups shredded Swiss cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 egg beaten (for egg wash)
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs

Instructions
 

Preheat Oven:

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Roll Dough:

  • On a floured surface, roll pizza dough into a large rectangle (about 12x16 inches).

Assemble Filling:

  • Spread Dijon mustard evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border. Layer chicken, ham slices, and Swiss cheese on top.

Roll and Seal:

  • Carefully roll the dough from one long side to the other, sealing edges by pinching and folding under.

Egg Wash:

  • Place seam-side down on the baking sheet. Brush with beaten egg. Sprinkle Italian herbs if using.

Bake:

  • Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
