Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb 450g boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced thin
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 small onion sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese
  • Optional: sandwich rolls for serving

Instructions
 

  • Cook Chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken slices, season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika, and cook 5–7 minutes until lightly browned. Remove and set aside.
  • Cook Vegetables: In the same skillet, sauté onion and bell peppers 5–7 minutes until softened. Add garlic and cook 1 minute more.
  • Combine & Melt Cheese: Return chicken to skillet, mix with vegetables, and sprinkle cheese on top. Cover for 2–3 minutes until cheese melts.
  • Serve: Serve as-is or over sandwich rolls for a classic cheesesteak experience.
