Ingredients
  

  • 20 jumbo pasta shells
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 2 cups broccoli florets lightly steamed or blanched
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese plus more for topping
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce store-bought or homemade
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh parsley optional, for garnish

Instructions
 

Preheat Oven:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Cook Pasta Shells:

  • Cook shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Make Filling:

  • In a large bowl, combine chicken, broccoli, ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Stuff the Shells:

  • Fill each cooked shell with the chicken-broccoli mixture and place in the baking dish.

Add Sauce and Bake:

  • Pour Alfredo sauce evenly over the stuffed shells. Sprinkle with extra mozzarella cheese.

Bake:

  • Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 5–10 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden.

Serve:

  • Garnish with parsley if desired. Serve warm.

Notes

Make Ahead:
Prepare the stuffed shells and refrigerate (unbaked) for up to 24 hours. Bake just before serving.
