  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups heavy cream or milk
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For Assembly:

  • 20 jumbo pasta shells cooked and drained
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese for topping
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

Preheat the Oven:

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Make the Alfredo Sauce:

  • In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute. Slowly whisk in heavy cream, stirring until thickened. Add Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth.

Prepare the Filling:

  • In a large bowl, combine chicken, ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.

Assemble the Shells:

  • Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce in the baking dish. Stuff each cooked shell with the chicken mixture and place them in the dish seam side up.

Add Sauce and Cheese:

  • Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the stuffed shells. Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella on top.

Bake:

  • Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serve:

  • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm with garlic bread or a fresh salad.
