  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 teaspoons pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, whisk together flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, cream butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Beat in the egg, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.

  • Drop rounded tablespoonfuls of dough onto baking sheets.
  • Bake for 10–12 minutes or until edges are golden.
  • Let cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
