Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb sirloin steak cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 12 oz rotini pasta
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley chopped (optional)

Instructions
 

Cook Pasta:

  • Cook rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Cook Steak:

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak bites and garlic, seasoning with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook until steak is browned and cooked to desired doneness, about 5–7 minutes.

Combine:

  • Add cooked pasta to the skillet with steak. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses over the top. Stir until cheese melts and coats the pasta and steak evenly.

Serve:

  • Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve warm.
