Ingredients
  

  • 1 30 oz bag frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 1 can 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup crushed cornflakes or panko breadcrumbs optional for topping
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter for topping

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Preheat Oven – Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Step 2: Mix Ingredients – In a large bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, sour cream, melted butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir in hash browns, cheddar, and Parmesan cheese.
  • Step 3: Assemble Casserole – Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  • Step 4: Add Topping – If using, mix crushed cornflakes or breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle on top.
  • Step 5: Bake & Serve – Bake uncovered for 40-45 minutes until golden brown and bubbly. Let cool slightly before serving.
